Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, your transactions are fully secure. We use Cloudflare SSL encryption, a leading provider of digital security, to protect your data. For added peace of mind, we also offer the option to place orders over the phone at 1-570-562-3902. Rest assured, your information is safely protected from unauthorized access.

Will my information be kept private?

Your privacy is our priority. Dps Nutrition will never sell or rent your personal information. We only use it to process your orders.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
  • We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will be processed once the funds are verified. Money order payments are shipped within 24 hours. Make checks and money orders payable to:

Can I use coupons on eBay or Amazon?

Coupons and discounts are valid only on orders placed through the DpsNutrition.net website. They cannot be applied to purchases made on eBay or Amazon.

How much will my shipping cost?

During checkout, you'll be presented with various UPS and USPS shipping options. The total cost for both goods and shipping will be clearly displayed. If the shipping charge doesn’t appear, please contact us, and we’ll send you the correct total via email. For P.O. Box or military addresses, your order will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.

What about shipping to Alaska and Hawaii?

Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii are higher than standard U.S. rates. For an accurate shipping quote, please call us. You can choose either UPS 2-Day Air or USPS for these destinations.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

What is "shipping weight"?

Shipping weight refers to the total weight of your package calculated by UPS. If your package is, for example, 9.3 lbs, it will be charged as a 10 lb package.

Do you ship on weekends?

No, we only ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the next Monday.

Can I change the shipping address after my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service team.

How do I estimate UPS delivery times?

  • Next Day: Delivered the next business day after shipment.
  • 2-Day: Delivered two business days after shipment.
  • 3-Day: Delivered three business days after shipment. Note: Weekends and holidays are not counted as UPS business days.

Example delivery times:

  • 2-Day: Shipped on Monday, delivered on Wednesday.
  • 3-Day: Shipped on Monday, delivered on Thursday.

If your delivery day falls on a holiday, your package will arrive on the next available business day.

What happens if UPS experiences weather delays?

If UPS is unable to deliver due to weather-related disruptions, their service guarantee will not apply. Once UPS resumes normal service, your package will be shipped.

UPS Ground Shipping Details:

  • Commercial: Delivered to a business address within the 48 contiguous states.
  • Residential: Delivered to a residential address within the 48 contiguous states.

Note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Is there a cutoff time for air orders to ship the same day?

Yes. For air orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Time, they will be shipped the following business day. If you need an air order shipped after this time, please call our order line at 1-800-697-4969. For USPS orders, the cutoff is 12:00 PM Eastern Time.

What about military orders (APO/FPO addresses)?

Military orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times vary between one and eight weeks, and tracking is not available. Please report any damages or issues within 24 hours of receipt.

What if there’s an error on the website?

While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors may occur on our site. If we find an error, we reserve the right to correct it, even after an order has been placed. We’ll notify you of any changes, including pricing or availability discrepancies.

What should I do if there’s a problem with my order?

Please inspect your package thoroughly upon arrival. If there’s an issue, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our three-step order verification process ensures accuracy, but we’re here to help resolve any problems promptly.


Return Policy

Return Authorization Required:
All returns must be authorized. Please contact us for a return authorization number before sending items back.

Unauthorized Returns Will Be Refused:
Returns sent without a clearly marked return authorization number on the package will not be accepted.

Return Window:
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. We cannot process returns after this period.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

No Returns on Opened Merchandise:
We cannot accept returns on items opened or used.


Free Shipping Offers

Continental U.S. Only- Free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States.

Ground Shipping Only - Free shipping offers apply exclusively to ground shipping methods.

Exclusions - There is a 20 pound package weight limit for free shipping offers.  Liquid drinks, and weight gainers are not eligible for free shipping offers.


Coupon Exclusions

Certain brands are excluded from discounts due to manufacturer restrictions.

Shipping - Protein Bars

Soft or Melted Bars
We cannot be held responsible for protein bars that become soft or melted during hot weather, particularly in summer months.
